To go on both parks you will need to book a ticket for each of the parks.

Yes - children 13 and under need to be accompanied by a responsible adult on the water. One adult to three children minimum ratio. Children who are 13 - 17 must have adult supervision on the bank of the lake.

Wetsuits are optional. Wetsuits are not compulsory for Open Water Swimming, however we do have short (£2) and long (£5) wetsuits available to hire. Wetsuits are not required for Pedalos.

Yes - disabled toilets are available at the Water Park.

We don't have any lockers on site, however you can leave your clothing in your car and we have a key safe in reception for £2.

No - If you are attending with people who are taking part in watersport activities you can watch them with no charge.

Yes- we have a new cafe offering Hot and Cold drinks, Burgers, Pizza's and other snacks.

Yes - there is free parking at the Water Park lake with additional over flow parking if required still within the North Yorkshire Water Park.

Yes, we do allow dogs at our Water Park. They must be kept under control and on a lead at all times. Owners must clear up after their dog and use the bins provided.

Yes, We ask you to come prepared with weather appropriate clothing, towels and warm clothing to change into after your activity. We suggest arriving with your swimming costume on underneath your clothes to make changing easier.

We offer a 50% discount for an accompanying carer ticket when purchasing a full price ticket. 1 carer discount per 1 full price ticket purchased. Carers must produce an ORIGINAL PHOTO  carers card issued by CARERS CARD UK/ NATIONAL DISABILITY CARDS/ .GOV only  in order to receive the discount, NO other paper work will be accepted. (please book your tickets in the normal way and on check-in produce the Photo ID card, we will refund 50% of 1 ticket back to your original form of payment)

In certain weather conditions we reserve the right to close obstacles before or during your sessions for the safety of you and our staff

Within 1 month no refunds or changes. Outside of this period 50% refund back to original form of payment. (If availability permits we may be able to move your booking to alternative date)

Within 48hrs - no refunds or exchanges, outside of this time period a 50% refund back to original form of payment. (At our discretion and if availability permits we may be able to move the booking)
